Shipping Policy
- All shipping will be done within 3-5 days
- My Store is based in Nepean, ON . If you wish to schedule a pick up, please contact me beforehand to adjust shipping cost and arrange for a suitable pick up date/time. Payment should be first made via the Traditions Hunt.
I'm sending your purchases using tracked shipping. Once an item is delivered you have up to 4 days to reach out if there is any concern with your purchase.
Refund Policy
- All my sales are as is and are final
- If there is any issue, please contact me first. I only accept a refund if the item is not in accordance with the description.
- I do not refund if the size is not fitting you or you change your mind about your purchase- thank you for your understanding
- If there is any issue with your purchase, you have up to 4 days to claim a refund as per the above reasons
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- All my sales are as is and are final
- Traditions Hunt Policy- if you made an accidental purchase, you can cancel your order up to 5 hours from your order time. Passing this time Order cancelation or refund request won't be accepted
- I offer store credit based on case by case and if approved by Traditions Hunt system
