Traditional Hunt is a social marketplace dedicated to promoting and empowering the reuse of traditional items. We offer a platform for buying and selling a wide range of cultural treasures, including :
* Women’s, men’s, and kids’ cultural traditional clothing ( Caftan, Karakou, Jebba, Agbada, Kanzu, Shalwar, Thobe, Abaya, Burnous, Flamenco dress, Charro suit, Samba costume, etc).
* Select traditional home decor pieces.
* Fashion accessories that reflect traditional styles.
* New personal care items that align with traditional practices.
Kindly avoid listing items outside of the supported categories, as this helps maintain a clutter-free marketplace and enhances the shopping experience for all users. Items that do not respect the Platform practices will be removed.
Typically, pre-owned items are accepted for listing on Traditions Hunt provided they are clean and in good condition. It’s important that all items are accurately described with any tear & wear (as applicable). Beauty and personal care products must be brand new, never tested, free from alcohol and aerosols; liquid products must be new and remain sealed in their original packaging.
Tradition Hunt enforces a strict policy against the sale of illegal items, which includes but is not limited to replicas or counterfeit goods, products sourced from endangered or extinct species, items requiring a prescription, medical products making claims, misrepresented Native American or American Indian arts and crafts, and stolen goods. Members found buying, listing, or attempting to sell such illegal items are subject to immediate and permanent suspension from Traditions Hunt.

1- List Your Item.
Create a Seller Account (Become a Vendor), and follow the easy step by step guide to set up your store. you can skip this step to later on. Upload your pictures, describe them, set your price and publish for selling
2- Ship Your Item.
Once your item sells, securely package and ship your items the soonest possible ( within 5 days maximum). Make sure to use Tracking information.
3- Earn Money.
Once items are delivered and passing the grace period, you can request to withdraw your earnings at any time. To receive and cash out your money, you’ll need a PayPal account.
Our fee structure is straightforward: we retain 10% of the sale to support our operations and maintain the marketplace services, while you keep the remaining 90%.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive.
While most Traditions Hunt sellers ship their orders within a few days, there are instances where delays may occur due to vacations or other circumstances. If a seller is unresponsive and fails to ship your order within 7 days, you will be able to cancel the order on the 8th day after purchase. For more information about shipping times, we recommend communicating directly with the seller ( Ask Question button or send a message within your account)
If not already done, try messaging the Seller and share your finding with them for a resolution.
If you’ve purchased an item that doesn’t match its description, you can initiate a claim, which will be processed either through PayPal or Traditions Hunt, depending on your payment method. It’s important to note that in order to qualify for a refund, the item must significantly deviate from its described condition.
If you paid through PayPal:
– Open a ‘Not as described’ dispute via your PayPal account.
– Provide any evidence of the item’s condition or authenticity.
– If PayPal resolves the claim in your favor, they will request that you return the item to the seller using tracked mail (they will supply you with the seller’s address).
– PayPal will withhold the payment until the seller acknowledges receipt of the item.
– Once the seller confirms receipt, the full amount you paid will be refunded to your PayPal account.
– Opening a claim for a misrepresented item ensures protection for both you and the seller. It’s advisable to proceed through PayPal rather than arranging a return independently, as this may leave you vulnerable.

While all sales are final at Traditions Hunt, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for both buyers and sellers. Buyers can open a case with us if they do not receive their item or if the item received is not as described in the listing.
Returns are not accepted for fit issues, items no longer wanted, or delayed delivery.
If a buyer receives an item that does not match the listing description, is sent the wrong item, or is otherwise not as described, they can report the issue to us within 4 days of delivery through our website.
Buyers are required to upload photos and provide details of the item. If the return is approved, we assist the buyer in returning the item to the seller and offer a full refund.
To prevent issues, we advise sellers to be thorough and detailed when creating listings. We also encourage buyers to carefully review listing photos, descriptions, and item conditions. If there are any questions, buyers should ask the seller for additional details, measurements, or photos. Sellers are usually happy to provide this information.
